Who We Are

A Method,
Not A History

Drainage and plumbing across Greater London, handled the same way every time: the job is described, read, looked at and then priced in writing. That sequence is the whole of what is on offer here, and it is the part that decides whether a price holds.

It is worth saying plainly what that means about this website. It exists to get your job in front of the company that would carry it out, and the enquiry you send is passed to them. Nobody here is going to pretend to be the person with the rods.

The sequence applies everywhere in the areas we cover, and it is the same sequence behind drainage and plumbing in London, whichever job it turns out to be.

How We Work

How A Job Travels From Enquiry To Invoice

01

The enquiry is read by a person

A form or an email reaches a person the same day, not a queue and not an auto responder. The postcode says whether it is on the patch and what the property is likely to be; the description says whether it is one visit or a survey.
02

The job is looked at

Anything that cannot be answered from a description gets seen. A drain run gets a camera, a hidden leak gets the meter test, a boiler swap gets the flue route and the gas pipe measured. Guessing here is what produces the quote that doubles on the day.
03

The price goes in writing

What the work is, what it costs, and what would change it. There is no obligation on a written price, and if the job turns out smaller once it is open, the smaller figure is the one invoiced.
